Twintec AG hält 100% an der Schweizer Baumot AG

Der Vorstand der Twintec AG teilt mit, dass zum Ende des gestrigen Tages die Eintragung der Kapitalerhöhung erfolgt ist und somit erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde. Die Kapitalerhöhung erfolgt unter Ausnutzung des Beschlusses der Hauptversammlung vom 13. Juni 2013. Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft wurde im Rahmen der Kapitalerhöhung um EUR 1.657.500 erhöht und steigt auf insgesamt EUR 30.907.500. Somit hält die Twintec zukünftig 100% der Aktien der Schweizer Firma.

Baumot AG gewinnt Großauftrag für Erstausrüstung (OEM)

Für die Einhaltung der schärfer werdenden Richtlinien zur Minderung von Rußpartikeln bei Off-Road Fahrzeugen (Stage IIIB) wird die Baumot AG, eine Tochter der Twintec AG, zukünftig einen osteuropäischen Landmaschinenhersteller (OEM) mit innovativen Rußfiltersystemen beliefern. Im diesem Zusammenhang hat die Baumot AG einen langfristigen Lieferantenvertrag unterzeichnet.

Exhaust after-treatment for motorhomes

The Baumot product portfolio includes diesel particulate filters for both small and big motorhomes. Based on individual requirements, a suitable system will be selected and, where required, installed. Depending on driving mode and operating conditions, the solution may take the form of an active, passive or hybrid DPF system.
